New NAC letter format from Indian high commission issued after october 2020

hi Urgent help needed

I applied for NAC through vfs India and I received a letter dated 20/11/2020. But HCI has sent us a different letter to the one they normally send. Has any one received a NAc letter after october 2020.

This letter says - this is to confirm that parents have not applied for Indian passport for the child.
Normal format said - the birth of the child has not been registered as a citizen of India.

I am very confused with the wordings of the letter. Will the home office accept this letter.
