Bringing family to UK

Post by FUrock » Thu Dec 17, 2020 2:45 pm

Good afternoon,

I have a somewhat complicated question and I would appreciate if someone can stir me in the right direction.
I am Nigerian with EU settled status ( as family member of EEA national) and on route to be Naturalised as a British citizen.

I still have my Mum and two younger (half) siblings (14 and 16) who are financially dependant on me. My mum is ill and as such cannot take care of the children, their dad passed away this year. My question is on what grounds could I bring them here to live with me.

Any guidance in this matter would be extremely appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Are you still related to the EEA citizen?
