Document expired before UKVCAS appointment

Post by Ugoo88 » Fri Dec 18, 2020 3:02 am

Hi everyone

I have just applied for ILR SET M online today (18/12/20). I am looking for a UKVCAS appointment online and the earliest one they have is for the 14th of January 2021. But by then my letter confirming employment and bank statement would be over 28 days as I got them typed/printed on the 09/12/2020. Would i need to ask my employer for a new letter towards my appointment date and also print new bank statements? Also the 14th of January 2021 is one day past my BRP expiry as it expires on the 13th of January 2021. I'm so stressed and any advice would be appreciated thanks

No. Date of application is the date you pay and submit online. That is the reference date for you to arrange your documents accordingly. Biometrics date is irrelevant.
Visa expiry is irrelevant in your case as you applied in time.
