Inputting the wrong reference number on our FLR(M) application

Hi Everyone,

My partner and I submitted her FLR(M) application at the end of October but have just noticed a slight mistake, and we're not sure if it will matter.

When the online application form asked if she had any previous Home Office reference numbers, we put in the reference numbers she previously got from the Home Office, from her student visa, which were GWF numbers. We didn't realise there were specific reference numbers that they were looking for - I read somewhere that the numbers they're looking for only apply to people who've previously applied for asylum or something?

Will this be a big problem?

No issues. This is an “if known” question. You can use any reference like Home Office Case ID, UAN, BRP number etc. HO has the records.
