Skilled worker visa and dependent

Post by mubeenkh » Tue Jan 19, 2021 7:42 am

Hello, I'm new to this forum. I need to ask few things which are confusing me.

I am from Pakistan, and remotely working for a company which exist in UK. It's been 15 months now since I've been working with them as a Project Manager & Infrastructure/Systems Engineer. Now, they want me to come to UK and work with them.

I checked the in demand professions, I'm falling in 2 categories. Brexit recently came with new rules but I'm still not fully sure that I'm eligible or not. I'd appreciate if any senior team member would guide me in this situation.

I'd also like to know that I've recently got married. So, If the company provides me a job offer letter, would I be able to apply visa for my wife as well (dependent visa)? I don't know much about it, so any detailed guidance would be really of help.

Thanks.

the change from tier 2 to skilled worker visa should not affect your situation.

- Yes you can bring your dependent with you.
