SPOUCE VISA APPLICATION WITH ONE CHILD

HI All.....

Hope everybody is safe and well

I am a British citizen and wants to apply my wife and on child spouse visa application. I have been employed in a bakery product shop since 18 July 2020 and just received my 7th payslip and so far my gross pay is £14,998 on my 7th pay slip but due to Covid -19 my company reduce working hours so my next payslip will issue less pay.

I have few questions if respected members have time to give and guide me in this crucial time and help me to join my family.

1. Can I apply myself for my family spouse visa? if yes then any link to apply
2. What happen if my company reduce working hours for next few months?
3. I know my so far gross income is 14998 so am I eligible to apply my wife and one son visa?

I am very confused here that I have another child who's born after my British citizenship and born in my home country and I applied his British passport on 10 march 2020 and still waiting his passport decision and I did not apply his my home country passport yet because nearly one year I had applied his British passport and 19ht December I had appeared skype interview as well and so many calls I made to HMPO regarding his passport application but they said still in process so in this circumstances what should I do?

Please I am very disturb. Please guide me what should I do and how I can apply their visas.
