ILR for Tier 1 entrepreneur dependants

Hi,
I got ILR after Tier 1 entrepreneur (5 years), I got 2 tier 1 dependants they gonna complete 5 years next month,
My questions are,
1- I am gonna apply ILR for my wife next month, Do I need to provide income evidence of £18600?
2- She don’t have National insurance number, Is this gonna be effect her ILR application?

1) No. She has no income requirements.

2) No effect.

If you do not already have a National Insurance number, you only need to apply for one if you’re planning to:

work
claim benefits
apply for a student loan
pay Class 3 voluntary National Insurance contributions

Note: Your dependents will apply on SET(O) form.
