How long have you been employed? Unpaid leave doesn't count towards the financial requirement.Highlyfavour wrote: ↑Wed Feb 03, 2021 11:09 pmHi! I am in need of your urgent advise. My spouse is due for extension in February 2021. My spouse earns 19,200 a year, the problem is on the September 2020 payslip the employer deducted unpaid sick leave, will it affect the application? The payslip showed the salary as £1603 then the deductions. Do home office calculate the financial requirements before all deductions?
Here is a breakdown
Sept salary before deduction- £1603 which is shown on payslip. After unpaid sick leave deducted my spouse received £950 net pay after deduction of tax, pension,N.I and unpaid sick leave
October salary £1603 before deduction
Nov salary £1603 before deduction
Dec salary- £1603 before deduction
Jan salary-£1603 before deduction
Feb salary -£1603 before deduction
Also after pension is deducted my partner taxable pay is £1549 will this be a issue when applying for extension? Thank you
Before any deductions the payslips salary is £1603 but only in September the payslip showedghe salary then it shows how much is deducted from it.
