CoS withdrawal

Hello,

I have a CoS from an employer, and I asked him to withdraw my CoS but the employer is not replying to my email.

What should I do to withdraw my CoS?

I have a new employer with better offer waiting to apply for the CoS, but the previous CoS is live.

Unfortunately there is no remedy for your position, only the Sponsor who issued the COS can withdraw the COS. If they are unwilling to do so you have to wait until the COS expires in three months.
