Students allowed work ??

Students allowed work ??

I heard new rule about the student visa no matter which tier visa they got,
they are allowed to Swtich or extended their Visa on work permit as long the work permit from proper firm or business who allow to give out work permits?
And 1 more thing is that work permit have to related with study or can be any work permit issued by proper business

Student visas don't have different "tiers". The Student route visa used to be called Tier 4, if that's what you mean. Unless you are thinking of Student visa and Short Term Study visa as different "tiers".

You may be thinking of the Skilled Worker visa, which has replaced the Tier 2 General. One of the differences between Tier 2 and Skilled Worker is that in theory anyone with a Tier 4 or Student visa can switch in the UK to Skilled Worker. Under Tier 2 it was only those with a UK degree. However, people without a degree may not be a "new entrant" for minimum salary purposes.

I think you may be a little confused about the requirements of switching from a Student visa to Skilled Worker. UKCISA has done a decent summary of the issues for those switching from a Student visa:
