overstayed but getting married

Hi,
i have overstayed for more than a year & my boyfriend & i have decided to get married in order for me to stay legally here in the U.S.
How are my chances since i overstayed

Depends on:

1. Whether you were you inspected at your last entry into the US.
2. Whether there are any grounds of inadmissibility - health, security.
3. The bonafide nature or otherwise of your marriage.
4. Your spouse meets sponsorship criteria pertaining to financial ability.

1,2, 3, 4 can only be determined by an extensive review of your history, documentation and relationship...go see a competent immigration lawyer/ attorney...it's unlikely to be cheap anywhere you go unless someone does it pro bono (for free) but do shop around.
