Error in the police registration certificate

Hi,

I am on Tier 4 visa and have just found an error on the day of my birth date on the police registration certificate. The month and year are correct. I really didn't expect the police officer to make this mistake, and after I got the certificate 3 years ago, I reported my change of address to the local police without issue. The met doesn't give an appointment during this time and I have to apply for a new visa. Do you think it may be a ground for rejection?

It was not my fault as the officer had all of my documents when he was issuing the certificate.
