Edit Application (Navigating the form)

Hi all,

Need some help navigating the application form.

I am currently applying for my BNO visa, I noticed that on each section, after I click continue, I am unable to go back to change any answers. E.g. When I click into each section, I can view my answers, and the option is only ‘Continue’ or ‘Save and return later’ but no edit.

Even before the submission button I wasn’t given the chance to edit. Am I missing anything?

Wasn't able to add a screep cap to the post to make it clearer.

After you have completed all sections of the online form, and before submitting it, there should be a screen listing the answers you have entered in each section. On this screen there should be an Edit/Change facility for each section (on the right hand side).

Thanks for the reply, I was on the screen with my answers but there is no edit or change button on the right.
I've called 0300 790 6268 todayn they said I must withdraw (and refund) my application as there is no edit, even before submission.

This seems a really strange process for me...

From your post it seems that you already submitted the BNO application online, paid the fees but your biometrics have not yet been captured and you just realised that there was some important mistake in the application.

Apart from the issue of not finding a way to edit your answers before submitting the application, which is indeed strange, what is the actual mistake you wish to correct?
