Visa renewal 2.5 years

Post by Midolondon » Tue Mar 02, 2021 7:57 pm

Me and my British husband got separated and now we get back to each other and I suppose to apply for the visa in May during that time of our separation he was not working and he got universal credit but I’m working and my annual salary is £27K and we still have joint account together where I receive my salary on and half of the flat bill is under my name.
we also have British child together she’s 2 years old

My questions are:

* The first year of my visa The absence outside the country was total 80 days on 2 vacations.

* The second year of my visa the absence outside the country was for 103 days on 3 vacation but 84 days of this vacation I was sick with ongoing COVID 19,so is this year is going to be a problem for my visa ??

* Third year I travelled for 45 days On 2 vacations is this one okay as well ?!

* I have lost my passport and I have a new passport now so if the absence outside the country is going to be a problem do you think they will find out if I have a new passport now!?

* I have been working for 1 year now but the first 4 months was unpaid but the total income until I apply is over £19K so is this going to be a problem ??

* Is that true that I can travel outside the country for 6 months but with a maximum 90 days in a row !?

Last question should we apply together as family or should I apply as parent with my baby
