You can only confirm someone’s identity if you: know the person applying as a friend, neighbour or colleague (not just someone who knows you professionally)
You must work in (or be retired from) a ‘recognised profession’. For example: accountant, airline pilot, articled clerk of a limited company, etc.
I'm not sure that this can be called friendship.
Does that mean that I have to find some "professional" and he/she must be my friend or my neighbour not just a client?
