Delays in receiving leave to remain/BRPs

Hi,

Has anyone been through delays in response for leave to remain and on receiving BRP after approval? My family members got approval email, but waiting for BRPs from over 2 weeks. I am yet to get a response on leave to remain application (ICT visa to Student Dependent visa)

Update: got an approval email 2 weeks after biometric appointment.
