Reported a false refugee seeker

Hi all,

I have recently reported a false asylum seeker who has been granted by home office.

The reason I reported him to home office is that, he has cheated me financially.

During his asylum status, he travelled to his own country twice. I reported it to HO. But I have no evidence of that. He travelled secretly through the border from a neighbour country.

Would home office investigate this report without evidence and stop him getting ILR
