Hi Friends
I got my HSMP visa on May 2008 and its valid till May 2011 and I got the visa from India

Currently am working in Belgium under work permit from July 2008 to still now.
Am planning to enter UK in Jan 2009 after I go back to India from Belgium.

Is ther any time constraints, after getting the HSMP visa we need to enter UK?

Will be any problem for me if I start to use the HSMP visa from Jan 2009 ?

So please try to help me out.

Hi,

Not sure what the present rules are but if I remember correctly there was a 3 month time limit for entering UK after getting an HSMP, sometime back.

Just as a thought you could have made a short trip across the channel after getting your visa which would have kept your mind at rest.
