switching from exempt to Tier 1

Post by fdkn » Sat Oct 04, 2008 10:46 am

Hello,

Im currently exempt from immigration control because my parent is a diplomat. I'm going to make an application for a Tier 1 (general) visa soon but Im not sure whether I can apply from the UK or will I have to return to my home country?

Thank you in advance.

Suggest your parent ask his/her contacts in the British Government.
