Switching Work Permit Dependent in UK

I have a question about switching visa type category which I would like anyone experience to answer if possible. I am a Pakistan National and completed my Masters Degree from Edinburgh University in 2006. After that I switched my visa status from student to Fresh Talent Scheme (Working in Scotland) in February 2008. I applied for my wife as well in the same category and she got her dependent visa as well in pakistan which will expire in February 2009. In June 2008 I applied for work permit from Pakistan on behalf of the company I work for and got the work permit for five years. My wife did not apply for her visa change as a dependent of work permit holder. She is still on Fresh Talent Scheme (Working in Scotland) dependent visa and is still in Pakistan.

In November 2008, she will come to UK on the Fresh Talent Scheme (Working in Scotland) dependent visa . Her visa will expire in February 2009.

The question I want to ask you is this: Can she switch her visa to Work permit Dependent from Fresh Talent scheme (Working in Scotland) dependent WITHIN the UK or does she have to go back to Pakistan to switch her visa to work permit dependent. If she can switch her visa WITHIN the UK, which form does she have to use in order to apply for visa change.

If you could please answer me the query as soon as possible, that would be great so that I could decide on what step should I take next for my wife to get her work permit dependent visa.
