Breach of your immigration condition

Post by HSMP_India » Mon Oct 06, 2008 10:16 pm

Hi,
My WP expired on 6th Feb,08 and due to some cross-communication , my employer applied for WP extension on 12th Feb. I got my FLR extension for another 9 months, on Feb-21st as we applied for WP extension on urgent request.

In this case, I have clearly overstayed for 15 days with an expired WP. Do I need to mention this while filin.g the tier-1 application form.
" 6.6 Have you ever been in breach of your immigration conditions for the UK?"

Please clarify
