FIRST TIME UK PASSPORT APPLICATION INFO

HI guys, I have been here asking numerous questions regarding my visas since I get in to this country now I am Alhamdullilah finally become a British citizen, I want to apply for my first passport. I am filling the application right now, I have got few questions if someone can answer.

They asked me about my maternal grandparents and Paternal grandparents info, all I know about them is their name and where they born I don't have their date of birth info nor do my parents have any of it. so what should I do in this case ?

Secondly when I filled everything they ask for documents I can provide all documents from my side, but my parents born and live in Pakistan, they asked for my parents naturalisation/registration certificate that also original ??? what I am going to provide their ? or if someone can suggest me what needs to be submitted other than my naturalisation certificate + my current passport ??

Not required as your claim to British citizenship is based on naturalisation.

All that's required is your certificate and your current passport.

That doesn't make sense - you are naturalised and parents' documents are not needed.
Perhaps you need to call the HMPO helpline.

Well i paused the application till i get proper answers, then when i tried to do it , it ask me to refill it and upon refilling the application it didnt ask for parents documents so its all good now, they need just my naturalisation and passports….
