The exchange rate on the last day of your salary month. for eg. sep 2007 to Aug-2008, then apply exchange rate on 31st Aug,2008

5. Fund Maintenance (30 points)
a) Banks Statement for last 3 months printed on Bank stationery & stamped
b) Letter from bank that funds have been maintained for last 3 months

date on which you generated the bank statement or a date prior to your submission, but you need to mention it specifically on a letter stating which date's exchange rate you have used.
