NARIC letter - ILR from Global talent visa

Dear Members, I am applying for ILR through global talent visa. One of the mandatory documents after filling the Set(o) application is "NARIC letter that confirms the qualification meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a Bachelor's or Masters degree or PhD in the UK".
When I looked in to the Ecctis website there are three options. The first option is more relevant and 2nd and 3rd are pointing towards converting the phd in to traceable skilled visa points.
Can you please advise where we should opt for 1,2, or 3 for Naric letter.
