Hi,
My spouse visa expiring on 13th sept 21, i have filled the online application and would like to make payment for the premium service for ILR Set (m), however before i make the payments for the service would like to take your advice on the below mentioned:

- Wondering if i get the appointment date after my visa expiry i.e.13th sep, is my application/stay still valid?
and also will my application be considered?

Please let me know so that i could make right choice between premium Service/One day or Postal Service.

and also will my application be considered? So far your application is made before the expiry of your current leave, if your appointment for biometrics is after not a problem as it will be considered. You will continue to have a valid stay and have same rights as you presently have till the decision is made on your SET(M) application.

Please let me know so that i could make right choice between premium Service/One day or Postal Service. There is no postal service for application.
