Queries regarding visitor visa for fiance

Hello All, I have few queries regarding Standard visitor visa. I recently got engaged & want to bring my fiance in UK on visitor visa. We can't apply for dependent visa yet as we are not married (obviously). So have few queries regarding standard visitor visa .

1. As we are not married yet, shall I invite her as a fiance or friend. Just thinking from documentation point of view, mentioning fiance would attract documents like evidence of relationship etc.
2. If I invite her over as a friend , still can I sponsor her visit ? I am thinking to sponsor all the travel cost.
3. Currently I am living in shared accommodation & tenancy agreements says I can bring family or friends just 2 days per week. So is it good idea that I should show some hotel bookings as well in application.
4. I understand, standard visitor visa is for 6 months & as of now she is planning to stay for 3 weeks only. However in case, if her stay needs to be gets extended, would it cause any issue in future visa application ?

If you plan to marry in the near future there are two options:
1 fiancée visa
2 marriage visitor visa

The primary concern of the ECO when deciding to grant or refuse your fiancée a standard visitor visa will be to ensure that she returns to her home country after the visit. For this she will have to show strong ties to India, such as a job, studying, ownership of property, family ties, etc.
