I was on tier 2 general work visa, my family joined me in UK after two years and got tier 2 general dependent visa. I have got ILR in March 2021, My family is still holding existing dependent visa which is expiring in Jan 2022. She will complete around 4 years in UK on that visa. She would need 1 more year to file ILR.
What type of application should I initiate so that she can claim last 4 years as well. I have two options
1. Can I extend her existing tier 2 general dependent visa? Is it allowed, as I got ILR recently ?
2. File new visa under ILR dependent spouse category. Can she claim her 4 years for ILR application?
Thanks
Gaurav
