I had initially paid the required amount as specified by the Home Office and my company's legal team, but for some reason did not receive an email asking me to top up my IHS surcharge (the email can be found by searching for it but is not shown on my gmail), and missed a reminder which was routed to my updates folder and consequently buried.
I had already completed my in person visa appointment and submission of documents before getting the reminder email
Has anyone encountered such an issue? I have not received a rejection, but the link on the reminder has expired - would I still be able to get a new link and top up my IHS surcharge, or is this a blanket rejection?
