Dear Sir/Madam,
We have uploaded all supporting documents and submitted application for visit visa online. my questions are below.
1. Do we still need to take documents and application form to visa center in Mirpur Pakistan?
2. Also does VISA center need to see proof of vaccination to let us in ?

Take passport or travel document and appointment confirmation. If you have others in electronic format only as to ensure all in order and uploaded.
2. Also does VISA center need to see proof of vaccination to let us in ? [

So only passport and appointment confirmation. No need for printed application form or signed declaration?

You have uploaded the documents already haven't you?
The application form is on the HO server and accessible to the, elimination of paper is what led to online application so why print and take to appointment again?

All done already. A strange thing happened though. Visa center fingure prints machine was not working and even then they just took picture and submitted online application. We did receive the email saying application forwarded to visa center later.
Withour fingure prints , the staff said it happens some times. Not sure if that is ok ?
