Administrative Review

Hi All,

New to this forum and really wanted to know some discussion regarding Administrative Review. What is the general feeling of success rate after Administrative Review.

Well, it works a bit like this: Close to 100% of people who are entitled to have the original decision overturned on review have the decision verturned. Close to 100% of people who are not entitled to have the original decision overturned on review dont have it overturned on review.

I understood it as anywhere between 0% to 100% probability
