marriage certificate with Apostille necessary?

Hello Members.!
I am Indian citizen. currently working in Hungary with work permit. I am applying spouse visa for UK from Hungary as my wife is living in UK. she is British citizen by born. we married in October in India. so my question is do I need to submit marriage certificate with Apostille or it's not necessary just marriage certificate from government is enough.
also I have residence permit from Hungary and it is in Hungarian language. do I need to convert in English before applying for spouse visa? as I have applied two time tourist visa with my Hungarian residence permit previously and it was fine. but just I am curious about my spouse visa application. any kind of suggestion help is much appreciated.
