MARRIAGE

hi am in uk illegally and I have engaged myself with English woman who we live together and she is expecting my child next year march, I want to marry her but am here in uk but not known, how will I start the case and eventually be allowed to marry her or where do I start with home office, advice will be very appreciated

U needs to go back to ur country and apply from there entry clearance as spouse of British national.

Or there is EU option but this is only valid if ur partner go to another EEA country and exercise her treaty rights (work) at least for 6 months: i mean surrender Sing case.
