Hi,

Just need some advice from somebody,

My company was not registered for VAT before but this year i have crossed the VAT threshold. The problem is my wife’s visa expires on the 28th December and the company accounts are done on the 30th November. And i just found out today from my accountant that i crossed the VAT threshold.

Accountant has told me due to covid it will take time to sort out the VAT number and the accounts!

Is it possible to apply the visa on last years accounts because this years account are not yet ready.

Any advice would help!
