Second extension query

Hi guys,

Just wanted to know that is their any provision of secon or third extension on Tier 1 visa if I fall short for five years in claiming the PR?

i.e if In my initial three years visa I enter in UK after 20 months than I will be having only 16 months and I will get 1st extension only of 24 months. In this case can I apply for second extension?

And also what is the maximum period of time for which I can't be away from UK to claim PR?
