Dear Admins,
Applying for dependents for set o 5 years tier 2 route.
Entry to uk 1/2/2017
Brp issue date is 10/1/2016
1. Do we apply 28 days before which date?
2. My wife has NARIC ( non English speaking country) is that considered a degree taught in English as a proof of English? If yes, do we submit the NARIC and the original degree certificate or just NARIC in application?

1. Why BRP issue is one year before their entrance? Anyway Entry to UK is irrelevant. What is Passport Vignette date? BRP or Vignetter whichever is earlier can be used as the date in caluclation -28days
2. Does the the NARIC states language or just the degree? if it states that the undergraduate degree is taught in English then there shouldn'r be any problem

I have applied for Set O dependents ILR
Not booked biometrics yet
I have just realized I have calculated the 28 days wrong ( stupid of me) about 2 days earlier!
What can I do now please? Is there a form or email to do or send ( if you could please provide?)
Will I get a refund?

Simply book the appointment within the 28 days. You will be ok. Do not withdraw

Just to put my mind to peace
For calcification:Their first brp issue date was 15/1/2017 I have submitted online application on 19/12/2021 ( yesterday)
So will The 28 days will count from the date UKVCAS submit the application after attending biometrics not my online application submission date ?

For the ILR decision, the date on which the caseworker makes the decision is used. If that date is within the 28 days period, then you are good

No idea why it is different form her sister or my wife!

Another question please.
My wife has NARIC as proof of English from non majority English speakers country! What do we submit beside the NARIC and the original degree certificate ?what is meant by AQUAL and ELPS and is that included by NARIC As default when we ask for it for visa purposes?
