ILR separate or together ?

Dear Moderators,

I will soon be completing 5 yrs on Tier 2 skilled worker
Wify got her tier 2 dep , her brp is 3 weeks later than mine

Should I wait for 3 more weeks and then apply together for ilr form (O) ... any advantage doing together ????

I want to apply earlier because I want to process my child’s MN1 form ASAP, since he doesn’t have any visa/passport just uk birth cert. (we opted to wait for our ilr)

Do I just need ilr approval email or physical ILR brp to start the MN1 ?

The choice is yours. MN1 requires you to simply be settled as per UKVI records
