Skilled worker visa

Hi,

I am in Tier 2 General visa since Nov 2019 and due for renewal in Nov 2022. I can apply for ILR in Nov 2024. I am planning to buy a house in London this year. In case, I need to go back to my home country suddenly due to job situation or any unforeseen circumstances, Is it possible for me to return to UK by applying Business visa to sell the house or for any house maintenance activities.

Lots of overseas investors buy and sell houses without even being physically in the UK. There are agents available to help you to do all those things.
