Application for Naturalisation

Hello

I got my ILR through the spouse route in May 2021. I am now applying for the naturalisation:

Could I please seek some guidance on the following questions:

1. Have you been granted indefinite leave to enter, or remain, in the UK? Answered Yes
Date your leave was granted (if known)
Is this the date when the application for Indefinite Leave to Remain was granted?

2.Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?
Do I answer yes or no ?
For background info: (I did apply for a BRP, then a BRP renewal through the spouse Tier 2 dependant visa before being granted ILR)

3. If the answer to the previous question is YES. How many application detail shall I add?
- date applied for spouse visa to arrive in the UK
- date when visa was renewed after 2.5years
- date at the time of ILR application?

4. Do you have any other details that you would like to be considered regarding this applicant and their application to be registered as a British Citizen?
What information is added in this section?

5. In the section where the list of documents I have been asked to the provide the following:

-The passport issued
- The degree certificate to prove the level of English language required

- Ms XXX proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions
You must provide one of the following documents:
your passport showing you are able to remain permanently in the UK
other (for example, a letter from the Home Office, your BRP card or other proof of exemption from immigration control)
Question : what do I need to provide here?
What is the letter from Home Office? I have a BRP (ILR) would that suffice ?

Current Biometric Residence Permit
Is this the ILR ?

Proof of living in the UK for Ms XXX for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3 years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen
I have a Pakistani passport which was stamped on time of entry and exit while travelling in the last 5 years. Is that sufficient as proof? Is there additional documentation I need?

Your marriage or civil partnership certificate
You can send a photocopy of your spouse or partner’s passport - you must photocopy every page of the passport.

Two referee declarations
Where do we find these referee declarations. I have not come across one yet while filling the application form

6. Is the British citizenship application different to naturalisation application? do we have to pay for it as well? Is there a link to the BC application form?

Only passport(s) covering the residency period
Your marriage or civil partnership certificate

Naturalisation is the process of obtaining citizenship, the only other application is for a passport, only once you are British, after the ceremony.
