Tier1 JR Dependant extension, need tenancy agreement?

Tier1 JR Dependant extension, need tenancy agreement?

Hi,

I'm going to apply to extend my HSMP (Tier1-HSMP under JR) and my wife's dependant extension as well.

Do I need to provide the tenancy agreement? as i haven't found any requirement related in the FLR guidance.

second question is: the date on my payslip is always 2 or 3 days later than the date of the salary payment on the bank statement, would this be a problem?
