EEA Family Permit, and German Residency Visa

Hi.
I am a non-EU national with an EEA Family Permit and a German residency Visa (indefinite). I just came to London in August after long paperwork, but have to go back to my country (outside EU) due to my mother's health. I am confused under what visa rules I am now. German?
UK's? I've got some questions:

1. What is going to happen to my EEA Family Permit if I fly outside the UK now? Should I re-apply ? Could I? Will it be difficult to obtain it again?
2. Do I have to go back to Germany first for stamp's sake before my departure to my country?
3. When I come back to Europe after allowed 6 months leave according to the German Visa, should I go back to Germany?

It will be great to be able to fly to my county directly from London and to be back without stopping at Germany....

1. You do not tell us when you plan to return to the UK. Will that be before the expiry date on the EEA Family Permit?
2. No
3. Not sure I understand the question. If you are asking if you need to return via Germany, the answer is no.

Also, what is your nationality?
