Graduate dependent visa

Hello everyone,
i applied for myself and my wife for the 2 years graduate visa since the 6th of Jan. And still didn’t heat back, i even didn’t get the top up email for my wife’s health surcharge. So my question is, can there be anything that could be done to speed up the process of the application or at least to track it?

Switch to a Graduate visa
You should usually get a decision on your visa within 8 weeks once you’ve applied online and either attended your appointment at a visa service centre or submitted your documents using the ID Check app to switch to a Graduate visa.

Unfortunately not
