BRP Replacement Visas process?

Hi all, quick question appreciate any thoughts. I'm currently in the UK waiting for BRP replacement to arrive (6months). I need to travel to Berlin so plan to apply for a BRP visa as soon as I touch ground.

I wonder

1. how long does the process take? As I'm an ILR status, I think it takes €700 for fast track 30days service?? That's a bit far fetch.

2. What information is needed, do I need all the travel dates, proof of address, etc. for the visa application??
