Transitional Arrangement - Balance Funds Issue

Timeline of my case are as follows:-
3 Sep 07- Study Completion
5 Dec 07 - Award of Degree
student visa Expired - 31 jan 07


IGS Visa Issued on 26 Jan 09 - IGS Visa

under Transitional Arrangement , i can apply for 1 Year Visa in Jan 09, but i have just relaised about Maintenance Fund need to be minimum Balance of £800 for 3 months...

I have been earning more than 1000£ / Month, but i have been paying off my Student Loan...
For remaining 2.5 months, i can ensure a minimum Balance of £ 800 & might be closing balance more than £ 2500...

But whether they will consider for this 15 days or they will just refuse the application ?
