Application for Spouse visa after deception

Hi all,
I had deception for providing false documents.Charges that were put on me were as follows visa was refused under section of immigration act under 322(1A) further subjected to 320 (7A) fruther stating 320 (7B) WHICH STATES ON MY VISA REFUSAL LETTER . I Had left UK voluntary during 2010 .Can I apply Spouse Visa my Spouse is Indian Citizen including me . I had left UK before 2010 voluntary . Can my visa get rejected if I stated that deception was practiced I was at fault but with my Spouse applying for new visa with genuine documentation
