International divorce and impact of overstay in uk on spouse visa application

First of all sorry if my post is in irrelevant category.
I married Hungarian national in UK according to English law in Dec 2014. I am from Pakistan I came to Pakistan in April 2017 due to family emergency and didn’t go back to uk because my family permit was refused while I was in UK. Since then I am not in contact with EU spouse and don’t know her whereabouts. I wanted a divorce and a lawyer in Pakistan told me that divorce is possible here in Pakistan as I am a Pakistani national. Lawyer said he will get me a divorce. I have to remarry a uk national a Muslim girl but waiting to get divorce certificate first to avoid any issues with home office because I will have to apply for spouse visa again and in the record of UK home office I am still married to EU national.
My question is: as my divorce certificate is going to be from Pakistan. How do I inform home office that I am divorced once a divorce document is ready.
Will the home office accept my Pakistani divorce document when I submit it with spouse visa application after the second marriage? Or do I have to attest it from UK embassy before second marriage or any other step shall I take before applying for spouse visa? So that UK would accept my Pakistani divorce document without any objection.
In brief I want my divorce certificate to be accepted by UK visa authorities here in Pakistan when I apply for spouse visa after second marriage.
Any advice in this case would be appreciated

No one replied to my previous query so I will request again. I am divorcing my EU wife (hungarian) from Pakistan which I married in UK according to English law. Will I have to attest divorce certificate from UK embassy here in Pakistan? Because I have to apply for spouse visa on the basis of marriage to a British national?
Secondly I overstayed in uk but came back to Pakistan voluntarily on my own expense after my EU spouse application was refused and first appeal lost. Will my overstay in uk 5 years ago effect new spouse visa application.
