IHS charges 4000 GBP for dependent spouse in skilled worker visa

Dear All,

I paid 1872 GBP for my IHS surcharge (624 GBP x 3 yrs = 1872 GBP) for employer sponsored UK skilled worker visa (3 yrs) from India. I have my appointment with VFS next week. I'm facing a peculiar problem in IHS surcharge for my wife's dependent visa application from India.

When I'm applying for my Wife's Visa, it is asking for 4000 GBP (= 419988.22 INR) for 3 years of IHS surcharge. When I applied for my child, it was asking for 3000 GBP for 3 yrs of IHS surcharge (I'll apply for my child later).
I have tried following combinations of dates for my wife but it's still coming the same-
a) Start date: 12 Apr 2022; End Date: 13 Mar 2025
b) Start date: 17 Mar 2022; End Date: 17 Mar 2025
c) Start date: 17 Mar 2022; End Date: 16 Mar 2025

I have tried using multiple email ids but it still gives fee as 4000 GBP for 3 years.

Can somebody suggest what is the issue here or how I can rectify it?
OR

Should I risk to pay extra and hope that they will return the excess money in sometime?
