Instead of another letter, if the company can make all the statements required for letter from employer in a single letter that's best. Otherwise what option. If online submission but yet to do biometrics, take along to your appointment.Joshua09 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 30, 2022 4:45 pmHi all
We have submitted our online application for a Spouse Visa for my wife last week. Just running through my documents again and I've noticed my letter from Employer doesn't directly state how long I have been on my current salary.
"This letter is to confirm that xxxxxx has been employed by xxxxxx since 25th January 2021 and is employed as a permanent contact as a xxxxxx
He is on a gross annual salary of £37,000 per annum and has been on our payroll since his employment commenced.
I can confirm that the payslips xxxxxx has attached are genuine and were provided by the company ""
I've attached bank statements and payslips, and I am comfortably over the threshold for income. Is it worth submitting another letter confirming the time period that I have received this salary or is the above letter sufficient? Is it even appropriate to attach another letter after the online submission? (my wife's bio appointment is next week)
Many thanks in advance
My opinion.is If the initial letter is redone it can take the date on that first letter. If you have submitted online application, do not tamper with anything on there even if it appears you can still access and edit lest you truncate the application.Joshua09 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 31, 2022 11:03 amThanks for your reply. I'll see if they can redo the original letter and get my wife to take it to the bio metrics appointment. I don't suppose it can be reuploaded to the online application (and delete the original one)?
Would new letter dated after the online application be acceptable?
