My parents applied for visit visa & got approved for 6 months.

My sister & niece would also wish to come as well for her school summer holidays. But they might be travelling on a different date.

There is a question on the form - Will you be travelling to the UK with someone who is not your partner, spouse, or dependant?

Should we mention about Parents here?
