Extension Approval

Hi Friends ,

I got my HSMP EXTENSION Approval for 3 YEARS under judical review .

Here are the time frames :

POSTED : 1ST NOV 2008 ( SATURDAY )

DOC'S RECEIVED : 4TH NOV 2008 ( TUESDAY )

PAYMENT DEDUCTED : 12TH NOV 2008 ( WEDNESDAY )

REFERENCE RECEIVED :13TH NOV 2008 ( THURSDAY )

PASSPORT RECEIVED : 21ST NOV 2008 ( FRIDAY )

It took less than 1 week to receive my passport stamped from the day when money was deducted .

i have included the following documents and below is my covering letter :

RE: Application for Extension of a Highly Skilled Migrant Visa Under judicial review

It is my pleasure to be presenting my application for the extension of my Highly Skilled Migrant visa.

I received my HSMP Approval letter on xx/xx/2006 . My HSMP entry clearance was granted on xx/xx/2006 .

According to the judicial review of April 08, 2008, my application should fall under the old HSMP extension rules that were in place before November 7, 2006.

In support of my application, I have attached the following documents:

1)Passports ( Expired passport with HSMP Visa and new current passport ) .
2)Application form (FLR–HSMP-Tier1) fully filled in with Two Passport size photos.
3)Original HSMP Approval letter.
4)12 months banks statements .
5)12 months Payslips from …..to……..
6)Letter from Employer ( …………) to prove my employment status and salary.
7)P 60 Original and P45 from previous employers
8)IELTS English testing exam certificate ( OPTIONAL )

On award of the HSMP visa extension, I intend to continue my employment with ………………in the area of………………………... I have immense potential to succeed and grow professionally in this country which has such regard for skilled professionals & make a positive contribution to the society.

My current salary is £ XX. XXX annually and I am able to support myself without recourse to public funds.
