CoS process

Hi All,

Currently, i am on Skilled worker working with a company and recently got an offer, and they raised a CoS. But later decided not to pursue it (the company is not having a proper process or standards), so tried and got another job offer. Can I have another CoS raised by the new company while having an active CoS? would that create any issue?

Any inputs would be of great help.

You need to ask the first company to withdraw the CoS before another company can issue a new one.
